The Problem
With no centralised platform, the operations team had no way to monitor which bikes were active, which were idle, which were low on battery, or where any of them were at a given moment. Payment sessions were unverifiable in real time. The police fleet added a second layer of complexity — vehicles deployed across different locations with no reporting infrastructure. Every operational decision was reactive rather than data-driven, and every manual check was a delay the business could not afford at scale.
Solution
The platform gave the operations team real-time visibility into every vehicle across the country without a single manual check. GPS coordinates, battery status, active sessions, and payment data all flow into one centralised dashboard. The police fleet is tracked separately with its own reporting layer. Fleet managers can see the entire network at a glance, identify issues before they escalate, and make operational decisions based on live data rather than guesswork.
