Machine-level tracking gives production supervisors a row per machine to log output, rejects, downtime, and the reason. Formal messaging means CEO instructions require acknowledgement and show read receipts. Missed reports trigger automatic alerts at 07:00 the following morning. The entire platform is built for low-cost Android devices and patchy connectivity — entries are saved offline and submitted when the connection returns.
